Yes — every CleanSlate cleaner goes through a background check and reference verification before their first job. All work is covered under our public liability insurance, so if anything is accidentally damaged, it's covered. You're safe.
You have two options and we're flexible with both. Option A — We bring everything: our team arrives with professional-grade, eco-friendly, non-toxic products and all equipment (mops, vacuums, microfibre cloths). A small supplies fee is added to your total, always mentioned upfront. Option B — Use your supplies: if you have products you already trust — or have specific needs for allergies, pets, or sensitivities — just let us know when booking and our cleaners will use what you have at home. This option is slightly lower in cost since no supplies are brought. Either way, just tell us your preference when you book and we'll sort everything from there.
Yes — for subscription customers, we assign a dedicated cleaner to your home. This means they learn your preferences, your home's layout, and the specific areas that need extra attention. Consistency is one of our core promises.
Just WhatsApp us. For rescheduling, we ask for at least 12 hours' notice so we can reassign the cleaner's slot. For subscription cancellations, we require 1 month's notice — there are no penalties or lock-in fees beyond that.
We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the result, contact us within 48 hours and we'll send the cleaner back to redo any areas of concern — completely free of charge. No arguments, no fuss.
